☑ 100mm insulation to roof 
☑ 100mm structurally insulated panels to to floor
☑ EPDM rubber roofing system
☑ Choice of UPVC windows/doors

What you need to do:

☑ Wire the room for electrical requirements
☑ Plasterboard
☑ Lay flooring of choice
☑ Paint exterior 

Prices start from £650 psqm plus VAT
